So it has been like a whole 2 years that Jeff has been promising to take me to the beautiful Manti Temple. This weekend his awesome parents took us! It was such a special day for a million reasons! I am so lucky to have married into such a great family, and am so grateful for the example they are to us. It was so special to spend the whole day with Jeff's parents one on one, mostly because it doesn't happen very often and also because we got to have such great talks.
Jeff is the only "outcast" in his fam to not get married in the Manti Temple...so it was really neat to get to go there with him.
The interior is even more breathe-taking than what you see here, which is hard to believe RIGHT!
Just a gorgeous place to visit, and of course uplifting, as it always is to enter the House of the Lord.
On our trip this weekend we also went up to Joe's Valley.
You will never guess what we saw there...A MOOSE!!!!
They are a rare sight up at the property, so we were super lucky to have caught her! And even more luck to have had the camera with us. Just goes to show you have to always have the camera on hand!
Jeff used his good ol' Boy Scout skills to build us a fire so we could roast some hot dogs! His like favorite mountain man thing to do.

We don't have any pictures from the main reason we went out to Orangeville this weekend..Kevin & Ashley's wedding! (Jeff was too embarrassed to let me carry my camera around and take pictures)
But we are so happy for them and their wedding/luncheon/reception turned out so pretty! It was really fun to meet all of Jeff's high school buddys and their adorable wives!
Kinda weird to see all those boys acting like crazy high school kids with their out of controlness but entertaining for sure. So hopefully we'll have some more laughs with some of them soon! We loved it!
