One of our favorite things to make for dinner is an old family recipe. The peppers are filled with meatloaf that cooks inside of the peppes, IT IS SO GOOD!!! That other green thing in the picture is called an artichoke, for those who don't know. We used to eat them growing up for special occations and they are my absolute fave!
